Yoga is an integral part of our extra-curricular activities, helping students cultivate mindfulness, physical health, and emotional balance. It connects the body, mind, and soul through ancient practices that enhance focus, flexibility, and inner peace.

Regular yoga practice promotes relaxation, improves posture, boosts immunity, and reduces stress — empowering students to perform better academically and emotionally.

Eligibility

Open to all students from Classes 1 to 12. Separate sessions are organized for primary, middle, and senior levels to match their flexibility and understanding levels.
