Admission Procedure

Detailed procedure and requirements for students seeking admission to our institution.

1. Personal Introduction

Every child seeking admission must be introduced to the Principal in person.

The student must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will be responsible for the child.

2. Application Fee

The cost of the Prospectus and Application Form is ₹500/-, payable at the time of collection.

3. Required Documents

At the time of admission, the following original and photocopied documents must be submitted:

Document Details
Transfer Certificate (T.C.) Issued by the Principal/Headmaster of the previous school. For students from other states, the T.C. must be countersigned by the respective Educational Officer.
Marks Card & Conduct Certificate Copy of the student’s latest academic report and a Conduct Certificate from the last school attended.
Birth Certificate Issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, or a Magistrate’s Office duly signed by a Magistrate.
Aadhaar Card Copy A clear photocopy of the student’s Aadhaar card.

Note: Admission will be denied if any of the above documents are missing or invalid.

Admissions for Classes I to VII

  • Students seeking admission to Classes I to VII must appear for an entrance examination scheduled by the school.
  • Students must pass the entrance exam to be eligible for admission.
  • If a student is admitted midway through a term, tuition fees for the entire term (or part thereof) must be paid in full.

Admission Rights

The Management reserves full discretion in matters related to student admissions. Admission is not automatic and is based on multiple factors, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with school standards.

  • Admission depends on seat availability in the respective class.
  • Applicants are evaluated for academic readiness, conduct, and overall suitability.
  • The Management’s decision regarding admission shall be final and binding.
  • Admission may be revoked if any submitted document is invalid or falsified.
