Regular Attendance

Daily attendance mandatory for all students
Punctuality expected - arrive on time
Compulsory attendance on special occasions
Habitual lateness monitored closely
Minimum expected attendance for all students is 90%.

Sick Leave

Leave letter required for all sick days
Include student details and parent contact
Medical certificate for long-term illness
Early notification for extended absence

Planned Leave

Prior written permission from Principal
For family functions and travel
Unauthorized absences are disciplinary issues
Plan and get approval in advance

Rejoining Process

Permission note after 3+ days absence
Report to Principal before class return
Fitness certificate for infectious diseases
No attendance with contagious illnesses

Special Events

Mandatory on Independence & Republic Day
Required for Sports Day and School Day
Attendance at all official functions
Absence without reason is indiscipline

Health & Safety

No attendance with infectious diseases
Fitness certificate from qualified doctor
Applies to chickenpox, measles, etc.
Ensure complete recovery before return
